One of the things that we people have in common, is our desire to be happy.
Everything we ever wanted in life is to be happy.
Who never wanted to be happy?
Ed Diener said, “Happiness is not just a place but also a process. … Happiness is an ongoing process of fresh challenges, and… it takes the right attitudes and activities to continue to be happy.”
Your body requires the right amount of nutrients everyday enough to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Protein is one of the important building blocks of the body which makes muscles grow and enable every living molecule to serve its normal function.
Now, let’s define disappointment.
It comes from prefix “Dis” which is denoting the removal of something and thus expresses negation.
You will never know what it is until you feel sadness, dismay, heavyheartedness, experience failure or misfortune in your life. Stress, anxiety, or worst, depression.
The main causes usually came from an unpleasant event in your life, things, or even came from people that are close to you. But the most painful disappointment is coming from yourself.
I was in the middle of nowhere, heart crashed, lost soul, broke and nowhere to go but once, being grateful has taught me lessons that helped me become stronger and gave me another chance to grow.
