  1. Write down 5 things you are grateful for every morning.
  2. Never argue with anyone, including yourself.
  3. Celebrate success more often even the smallest success can help you to boost confidence.
  4. Acknowledge your mistakes. Guilt will kill you.
  5. Stop looking at other people just focus on yourself.
  6. Allow yourself to be vulnerable but be mindful of those things that tear you apart.
  7. Stay away from those things, they are what you called “negativity”.
